We are offering an interactive PDF registration form. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to complete and print the form. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer, you can download it from their website

The form requests basically the same information as in the past, but we do ask for you to completely fill it out so that we maintain your most current information in our database. If you need a vegetarian meal at the Thursday lunch, we have provided a place on the form to indicate your preference. REGISTRATION FORM!

Payment of registration fees must accompany registration form and we do not accept credit cards. Payment may be made by check or money order and made payable to Auburn University.

If you wish to register using a purchase order (P.O.), please include a copy of the (P.O.) with your registration form. Purchase order registrations will be at the STANDARD RATE.

Registrations postmarked after August 25, 2008 will be at the STANDARD RATE. Register early and save $50!

NOTE: We will be providing registration confirmation and payment receipts electronically this year. We must have an e-mail address in order to send you the confirmation/receipt. If you do not have an electronic mail address, please note on your registration form.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations MUST be made in writing and received no later than August 25, 2008. After this date, no refunds will be issued. All cancellations will be assessed a $50 processing fee. Substitute attendees will be allowed in lieu of cancellations.
