Bird II

Each student was given a picture of a bird. Students learned how to identify each bird by referring to field guides. Module leader J. Lewis talked about each bird and let the students listen to the bird call on a laptop. She explained how bird sounds help scientists learn more about birds, such as their migration and mating habits. Students tried to identify some bird sounds from Wehle property at the end of the module.
